Dr. Kirchner is a great guy outside of the classroom. Inside of the classroom he cares about his students and wants them to do well. Chem 101 is not a difficult class, but you must know the material because he throws a lot of curveballs. He's kind of crazy too, he likes to run around the classroom and yell-but it's all in fun.

not the greatest TEACHER, but as a person he's not bad.if you can pull of an A in his class it's luck or you really learned your stuff.he assumes you know the fundamentals of chem so he kinda skips over that. tests make up the whole grade basically. keep up with the homework! no need to read the book, just use the cd he gives.study the ch backwards

He can be helpful at times but his test are very hard. You need to know what you are doing or you will fail the semester. Need to always stay on top of his hw even though he does not check them, but if theres one you do not understand you can ask him n he'll go over it in class. Most of his test problems come from the hw questions.
