I don't know why I didn't get an A in this class. It is disappointing when I get mostly As & A-s. I did worked hard consider some others were goofing around. He has a vast knowledge of things & has plenty of experience. Usually he came in late & there was no e-mail contact. A great person, excellent law enforcement officer but an ok professor.

One of the Greatest Professors to ever step foot onto the campus of John Jay. He is inspirational and has a vast knowledge of the criminal justice field. Makes PSC 207 the funniest most interesting class in JJ. You will not only learn Police Science but, learn lessons in life. A mid term a final and a Paper. Do your work you will get an A.

this professormakes it impossible for you to fail. i would take him every semester if i can. .His class picks you up unlike, some professors who just break you down.He always ask the class how are you doing the minute he enters and just talks to the class and makes jokes. if you are in his class consider yourself very verylucky

He's good. Boring class but an easy pass. I only recommend because he is an easy grader and does want to see the students succeed unlike other professors. You do learn something from the class, but not so interesting. Overall recommended for an easy A/B. On the term paper, he does not care so much about grammar/english, which I guess is good.

Best damn teacher I have ever had at John Jay!! He is extrememly patient with students when it comes to learning the information. Had only 2 tests and a paper. If you want a class that is worth the while and is exciting take a class with Castelli!!

This man remains my favorite professor at john jay. I absolutely loved this class, and the real life stories presented made the work easy to remember . . . He's very clear and consise about what he want is expected of you, and if you just do what he says, you will get a great grade.

Castelli is the best, and my most favorite, Professor I've ever had. He's very philosophical; giving his daily lessons on life that can make you laugh and cry. He is always there for you, and shows genuine concern. I hope he can teach more classes!!
