Emerson's a really nice guy. Tried hard to teach the class. Sometimes his notes were wrong or didn't match the text. Pretty easy class once you get the hang of the subject. Class was entirely quizzes and one long homework (no tests or final). Interesting class and worth going to.

He's a genuinely nice guy, but he really can't teach. There's no other section, so you have to take it with him, but it's a doze through. Keep up with the lecture notes, glance at the textbook, and perform well on the quizzes. You'll do fine if you are breathing.

Greatest professor in Watson School. He is friendly, approachable. Absolutely no chip on his shoulder. Treats students like they were his own kids, he just cares. In class, he knows everything. Teaches well. Great guy.
