I was planning on taking Biostatistics with him this Spring ('06) and was very disappointed that he is no longer at UTC. I've had him for 2 other classes and I thought he was exceptional, interesting and NOT THE LEAST BIT HARRASSING...maybe a little crude...but guess what folks this is college and you all need to learn how to deal with it!

Most of the test material is definitions. There is no testing to evaluate understanding of concepts. I lost points for not regurgitating the definitions precisely. This was a waste of my time. I too have heard about sexual harassment of other female students.

Many people often shut him out because he has a pretty vulgar way of expressing himself and comes off as arrogant...in actuality he is acting in the Navy Seal way he knows, and is very straightforward on his tests...they are all definitions and he even warns it is a bear if you dont have notecards

Dr. Keller is a knowledgeable, fun teacher who makes the subject interesting. Notecards are a must as his tests are all definitions and essay questions. Grades fairly, but can be difficult to find outside class.

Dr. Keller is a great professor. He has a lot of enthusiasm for Ecology, and he knows everything about it. He cares about every student and is willing to help. His tests are hard though! He expects you to know everything! You'll learn alot.
