Comment:

Very helpful, very cute and old fashioned. He makes the class interesting with videos and diagrams. Multiple choice tests with an essay. Half the questions are from old midterms which he gives you. Only downside is sometimes he tests you on things he never talked about but may have talked about in previous classes. For this reason read the book.

He is a really nice guy and really cares about his students. He is very approachable and makes his concepts and expectations pretty clear. Highly recommend, although he is retired and only teaches in the summer.

Comment:

Easiest class I have ever taken. Two midterms and a final (non ****ulative) that are about 60% the same questions as the practice tests. The other questions are straight out of the book he wrote, which is a complete substitute for going to class. I never went once and got an A. 7 Homeworks that are merely graded as 100% if turned in at all.

Interesting subject. He could be somewhat pompous. I asked him to answer a question for a survey I was doing for another class and he bit my head off. The class itself was straight forward.

He has a cute purple shirt! Made class exciting by demonstrating and giving examples to explain the concepts. Great teacher!

Seems like a nice man, but can be boring and repetitive. Reads alot from 30 year old articles. Likes to show old movies as well. Tests were easy..60%+ of material was word for word off of old exams. I'd take him again.
