The class is a trick. If you do well in Comp 1 take regular comp 2. If you miss class your grade goes down, you get informal assignments after every class. She teaches via powerpoint. It should be an online class. She's a tough grader and there's just no point in taking the class if you can get an A in CC2 not genetics linked. Just brings GPA down.

Boring class. Will help you if you need it. I was worried about how I did on a paper and she told me I did fine then gave me a failing grade. A lot of boring assignments. Only a few papers, but shes a hard grader

She is the nicest lady you will ever meet! She isn't the most organized with dates but she really tries to be. She always has something to do in class with her little worksheets, and even though the class isn't the most interesting she's a great lady. She was fun t o joke aroudn with and get off subject. I def reccomend her for soph clinic!

Wasn't too interesting of a class, but she was a great teacher. this class is a must for any bio student, i'm glad they put it in. teaches you basically EVERYTHING you need to know about writing anything bio related, and gives great instructions on format, citations, and retrieving sources. boring, but great, class

Ms. Harvey is very helpful, and you learn a lot about writing papers. She lets you use class time to work on assignments and research, but she also focuses on pointless exercises which do not have any purpose. She is friendly and a lot of help, a very fair professor. Recommended

Dr. Harvey is the most helpful teacher I have ever had, period. Pretty easy as far as assignments go. She's an independant thinker and that's what I like about her. She has her own ideas and ways of doing things.

Least amount of work in any CCI class: midterm did not count, 3 papers instead of 4. In-class group work was pointless, but Mrs. Harvey wrote a lot of comments on each paper that were very helpful. Boring but easy class. No grades until the final grade.
