Comment:

One of the best professors I've ever had, and the best class I've taken at UF so far. The material was extremely captivating, and Robin is great at leading thought-provoking discussions. Not an easy A, you definitely have to do a lot of reading, but worth it, in my opinion.

Comment:

Very interesting class! Has inspired me to pursue an English Minor. She encourages participation in class and makes it an open-ended class guided my the sudents. However, it is imperative you read all the books she assigns and keep up with it! Essay topics were very vague but she is always open to talking about topics. Awesome class overall

robin is really laid back and she is easy to talk too as well. as far as her grading style goes, shes a little obscure on explaining what she expects from papers and other assignments. some of the books are annoying, and i barely read them. only when i had to present on a chapter or something. over all, shes cool but dont expect an easy A.

This class was fantastic! The professor is a grad student and has a lot of respect for all her students. She promotes class discussion and leadership. Awesome for anyone interested in intro literature classes.

This class was very stimulating and I learned a lot! I liked the teaching approach, as it enabled students to partipate in class discussions. The books are very captivating and the papers are pretty much open-ended...the topics are cool and not limiting.
