In this class, he makes you write a public relations campaign... but he doesn't teach you how to do that. This is an entry level PR class and he teaches it like a 300 one. Study guides aren't that helpful because they're really vague. Also has a pretty unpleasant demeanor when you talk to him. I wish I'd never registered for this class.

Big ego, very rude at times and overall a sour type of guy however; he knows his stuff. He is hard on his students to better prepare them in the long run. Tough but very worth it.

It's easy to complain about Dr.K. However, when it comes to 'real-world' experiences and connections, you WANT him as your professor. If you want the most out of your COM degree, make connections, & land a great job post-graduation, TAKE DR K.

He will keep you busy but you always learn alot from his classes. You will have a press kit due and also have other assignments due. Dry sense of humor but willing to help with any questions. Very by the book.

One of the best professors I've ever had. I've come to find that that the people who don't like him are just lazy and don't want to face a challenge. You get out of it what you put in to it. Dr. Koperski goes out of his way to help his students. I love him!

He is the hardest professor I've had at Bradley. The tests are impossible! The senior project was a good experience because I had a great group and we worked well together, but the project will take over your life. He doesn't provide much guidance or direction about the project unless you ask to meet outside of class.

I'm an A student but this class was bogus. He has an ego and he has a game show host voice. I wish someone had just told me that if you memorize the study guides you'll ace his exams. SO, I'm telling all of you. He picks favorites and he is helpful but in a scolding kind of way.

Only take Dr. K's 480. He knows people, but he's got an annoying ego and very little real world experience. I learned a lot of research techniques and life lessons about group projects (pick your group carefully). This class is a real pressure cooker.

Worst teacher I've ever had. Good to know him for networking, but useless as a teacher. His test are impossible. His study guide for the test only help a little because they are so vague and half of the questions on the tests arent related to the study guide. Rambles and seems to try to put down and embarrass the students.

he is kind of an odd man, SUPER clear in class. overly clear. tests are pretty difficult and the project will take over your life, but if you get on his good side he will def hook you up. If you're not a PR major, you may want to take someone else bc it's a lot of work. But you do learn a lot!

I took Dr. K for all of my PR classes and I would suggest that to any PR major. He does not respect PR majors that take the easy profs for 219 and 327 and avoid him until Com 480. If you want to do well in Com 480, then take Dr. K for every class you can before that! You will hate your life but you will learn a lot about pr and him. If you are n

This is a really tough course, but it gives you a great basis for future courses and interviews. Don't expect an A just for hard work, but you'll learn a ton. Take him, and everything after this class will seem a lot easier. He really likes people who aren't afraid of him. He expects professionalism. Look at the binders before you start your campai

You have to do work, which I guess a lot of people in the communications dept. aren't used to. He teaches you a good amount. Very clear, too clear maybe. He repeats himself 5 times to make sure he's clear. I think he has o.c.d. He's an alright guy though. Pretty fair grader.

he was definitely not always clear on what he wanted out of the campaigns. be sure and have someone in your group who had him for 219. though he drove me to the point of insanity most classes, he cares about his students and will help you AFTER college the best he can (not always during). the hardest prof. at BU.

I agree with everything everyone else has said, but would like to add: STUDY IN DEPTH FOR THE TESTS! Some of the tests on his exams come from nowhere, and this is the last class a PR/AD major needs a bad grade in.

I recommend taking him for this class over some of the other professors. Demanding course, but gives you great framework for future PR projects. Don't be afraid to take the reins in your group project...he's a harsh grader and if you think you can do it better, do it.

EXTREMELY difficult. What would normally be "A" work in this class will be, at best, a B- in this class. A ton of work, very time consuming and you complete a full fledged press kit. This class was a headache but I learned a lot.
