Dr. Harlow always made thing's a lot more difficult than what they needed to be. unnecessary hard grader. She acted clueless about day to day things and then when you tried to explain something to her she would interrogate you on everything... definitely should have taken a different teacher. Would not recommend her for any course.

Extremely bias teacher.You better not have a mind or thought of your own when you enter her classroom or you will fail.As soon as you speak against her it seems as if she takes it out on all of your grades.I have never failed a class or paper at this college and for some reason I was very opinionated like others in the class and failed everything!!

This class is impossible unless you have no opinion about anything in the world. Agree with her always, especially on papers and you will get a good grade, papers are impossible any other way. She is a nice lady, but once you butt heads with each other its all down hill from there. Half of my class failed or got D's for the semester. GOOD LUCK!

The tests are ok, but her papers are impossible.A person can not be late even a minute or they are marked absent. And attendence is a must 4 days missed and you fail the course. She also is not very helpful on the papers. She explains them but if you don't have exactly what she thinks is right you get a terrible grade. There is no extra credit .

Does not provide clear explanations for what she wants on papers or presentations. I felt like I understood concepts and then got hit with her tests that were extremely hard. Her review guides have nothing to do with her tests. She is opinionated and is not open to hearing others ideas, thoughts, or opinions. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS!!!

She is one of the most knowledgable profs u'll find on this side of the states and she makes sure that the students who walk out of her class with As r the students who can go and re-teach what we learned. technically, isnt that what every class is suppose to provide us? shes a great prof, but no, not easy. if ur not in her class to learn, ull fail

I LOVE DR. HARLOW!!!! I have had her twice and gotten A's both times. Make sure you read her coursepak, the texts are not weighted as much in class. Ppl who get bad grades got them bc they didn't know the material and didnt go ask her for help. If you ask her for help, ull do fine.
