Not a bad class for Statics. This class is essentially taught by study guides, so your lecture is reading the study guide. Dr. Dean provides the material you need to know in the study guide and you have daily quizzes in the class. In the end, the daily quizzes help you for the final because they make you keep up with the class.

This is by far the best choice for MAE 241. He gives you everything that you need to know for the tests on the study guides. The TA was awesome and he went out of his way to make sure everyone who wanted to do well did. However, the final was very hard, so studying is a must.

Bad teacher. Uses study guides online. Means he doesnt teach you, YOU teach you. He knows his stuff but dont count on a lecture about the topic. His TA does more than he does. Tests are difficult cause he will test you on things that arent in the study guides, and he didnt teach. No homework. A real weasely little guy. Quiz every day on the guides.
