This instructor is frustrating, but I've found that I've learned a lot from her. You will never know what she expects of you. It's like, "do this assignment" with no guidelines! This does leave room for personal freedom, and she provides feedback. She's flexible with due-dates, and is helpful if you really need it after showing good effort.

Sometimes we think that Mrs. Burns thinks that her class is the only class we have. It's a lot of work. But like many people have said, it's just preparing you for your boards. She's a VERY knowledgable person! However, with assignments, she's extreeeeemely vague about when it's due but is also leniant if you "forgot" or anything. But she's okay

You won't be able to stand her... but you better get used to dealing with it. She says "HENCE" over and over again and it'll start to drive you nuts after the first lecture. She seems to know a lot, but I don't know because she can't pernounce half of the things she's talking about. Tests are VERY hard- study LOTS

She is kind of vague at times with her assignments. But she is a wonderful professor and does not hesitate at all to help you. The classes are definitely difficult but like I said she is always there to help and she will sit down with you and go over the exams with you and give you tips on how to study. :-)

The class is very hard to begin with and she makes it that much harder. Not a good teacher, moves too fast, test are too broad, and you can't stand to sit in her class, but if you want to do dental hygiene you'll have her a lot

She is very unorganized and her tests are extremely hard to study for. She expects you to know everything in the 300 pages of notes. However she is very kind and giving to others. If you need help with anything she will be there. She loves giving to the community which I think is great Good luck

I think she is a very helpful person and very nice. She cares about students. People shouldn't expect classes to be extremely easy. This isn't high school. She is doing her job by challenging her students. If you pay attention, read and go to class it isn't as hard as people say.

She is extremely approachable and always willing to help you as much as you need during her office hours. She expects alot out of you but only for your own benefit. I think she's a great prof.

She rambles on and on in her lectures and labs, mispronounces every word, and talks down to the class as a whole. She treats you with absolutely no respect. Her quizzes are usually very difficult and often from sections all over the book.It sucks.
