I love Professor Bacon! I find her lectures fascinating, and she assigns a fair amount of homework that is related to what we are learning in class. The 'textbooks' are just novels that are very interesting. She always has long review sessions a few days before the test. I highly recommend taking her classes if you are interested in animal biology!

A super-easy, but interesting class. The book is entertaining and meant for regular readers, but it's still informative, and she backs it up with other studies. It's discussion-based, and since there's not a lot of work, participation counts. A fabulous way to take care of a science requirement!

Excellent teacher. She is a great lecturer and has a sense of humor. Fair tests (I found them easy once I figured out her style of testing). Highly recommend everyone take a class with her (for future biology majors, for people who can't do biology, everyone!)
