Comment:

Profesora Delassus is the sweetest professor ever. She obviously knows what she is doing, and encourages everyone to speak Spanish, and everyone in my class improved so much by the end of the course. Some of her assignments may seem redundant but I found them to be constructive for my Spanish speaking skills.

A truly amazing professor! She really cares about her students and wants to see them learn and succeed. She's extremely flexible and often asks the class for feedback or opinions when structuring the class assignments and projects. Classes are fun and laid-back opportunities to improve your Spanish in a low-stress environment.

One of the nicest professors I've had. The class has a lot of busywork/time-filling activities, but they are good opportunities to score points. She's interested in what's going on in life and cares about her students. As long as you don't blow the class off entirely, an A is very attainable.

I love this woman! She's the best professor I've had so far. Just do the work and show some interest and she will like you. She is such an interesting person and the class is pretty good too. She is the most approachable professor at Vanderbilt! Take a class with her; you will not regret it!

Sarah is one of the best teachers I ever had. Her lectures are very clear and she always encourages student participation. I learned a lot in this class and she made me decide to major in Spanish. I encourage everyone at Vandy to take a class with Sarah.

The class requires a lot of work but none of it is impossible. Professor Delassus is always willing to help you if you have any questions or concerns, and she makes you feel very comfortable in class. Its been the most rewarding Spanish clas I've ever taken.
