I can't for the life of me see why Professor Grogan got poor reviews. This was an easy class, read the assignments, participate in class, write short papers and take tests on the reading material.

Generally rude. For an online class instructor, has really poor netiquette. She seems to have forgotten what it's like to be a student in college. Classic case of someone getting a little authority and letting it get to their head. Beware!
