I enjoyed this class. She kept to her schedule, and did the same style of teaching every day. Made it much easier to follow with the curriculum. Tests and quizzes were straight forward. Know the terms, do the article readings and you'll be set.

The class was SO boring. I hated it. It sucked because the material was interesting but she sucked the life right out of it. Not the worst professor for the class but I would have rather had someone else. Tests are somewhat hard because their long but they don't trick you or anything

The class is really easy. She can get a bit side tracked while shes lecturing but as long as you pay some attention and study a little bit before tests you'll do fine.

Very sweet teacher but horrible class. Three hours, boring, only five minute break and let us out maybe fifteen minutes early. Slides are convenient but the questions on the test are so confusing. Quizzes every week pertaining to articles in the book. Two books for that class. One used more than the other. Adds tricky questions from main textbook.

Easy class, nice professor. Could get a bit boring, though. Tests were easy and didn't require much time to study for. She went over practice questions with us which would be pretty similar to the test. Offered essays to be done for extra credit, but I don't think most people needed them. Took attendance, which sucked but let us out early a lot.

Horrible. 3 hour was just horrible. Gave slides but they were all over the place. Did horrible on all the tests - went to her for help more than once and she didn't help at all, just looked over my flashcards and said they were "ok". Did extra credit and she accused me of plagiarism. Do NOT take her

It was definitely an interesting course but tests were hard. My class was hybrid so we had online discussions once a week, which sucked. But honestly I only put in a little effort and got an A.

I hated this class. It was so boring and she just lectured about what we were supposed to do at home (our class was made into a hybrid). She asks weird questions on exams and won't let you review them. Final was hard as anything and only 40 questions but not cumulative. Was one optional paper to replace your lowest grade but only had 2 wks to do it

Professor Anderson is unclear at sometimes but the course was good. Once a week was a little boring at times. All that we did was a research proposal and 3 exams. The proposal definitely helps if you plan to go into that field. I would recommend. She also uses slides and gives review sheets

Class consists of powerpoints everyday; at first they were entertaining but by the end of the semester it gets boring. I would take her again, just make sure if she gives you the option of writing papers, DO THEM! I started off with A's the first 2 exams and then the last two are difficult! I went from an A to a B the last 3 weeks for not doing it!

my favorite class last semester. i had her 3 times a week, but if you can take her for a 3hr it won't be bad because she is a great teacher, with interesting material and examples (and often lets you out early) i plan on taking her again if the opportunity arises, just study the notes for the tests (and read if you have time) and you can get an A!!

She was a pretty good professor. The tests were all multiple choice, and all easy enough to get an A in if you just studied the notes. Pay attention during the lecture, its mostly powerpoint, and take notes, and the two papers were pretty easy. She is helpful to go to after class if you have any questions.

The class is incredibly boring, but as long as you know the terms on her study guides you'll do fine. Don't expect an animated teacher who really gets the class involved in learning. She just lectures you and freaks out if you crack gum or do anything to disrupt her while talking. She acts like she is the know all end all of sociology facts.

She is not that bad. You just have to go to class and pay very close attention. It is a must that you read the book at least once before a test.

The class is pretty boring, but overall pretty easy. As long as you go to most of the classes, take notes, and pay attention most of the time - you'll be fine. Papers are optional (she has them for ppl who don't liek tests). Gives study sheets for tests that are helpful. Overall, not that bad.
