easily my favorite professor at altoona. this class is helpful and your guaranteed a good grade if you go to class. she doenst require outlines and is much better than the other speech teachers. sharon is funny, lets you pick your own topics and shes down to earth. TAKE THIS SPEECH CLASS!

One of the best teachers I have ever had! She is talkative but in a good way. She makes you feel very comfortable and allows you to give speeches about anything, and I mean anything. She gives handouts of exactly what you need in your speech and it's very helpful. Take her if you want an A!!

She is awesome.. take her because she knows what she is talking about. She uses her own life to give us examples and relate it to our world. She is very helpfull and I am very glad I took her and did not listen to what anyone eles said. Attendance required but if you go and do all the speechs ur garenteeded an A or B.

She talks WAY TOO MUCH about her personal life, but she's a pretty good speech teacher. I feel like I'm well prepared now for any speeches I have to do for future classes. Listen to what she says about how to write speeches & don't come up with your own system & you should be fine.

She is wonderful! Very layed back but makes you work hard. So entertaining, the 50 minutes of class whiz by! Very thorough, knows her stuff! Great speaker and knows how to teach on speaking and what is important and what isn't. Put forth an effort and go to class and you will do fine.

She is fun and entertaining, and she puts the class at ease with her personal stories. She covers all the course material and practically tells your what's on each exam. She is an excellent speech coach. Due to this class and this instructor, I am a better public speaker. If you put in a little effort, it's a pretty easy A.

You learn her life story the first day. It goes downhill from there. She tries to be fair but is also moody. Her grading makes no sense. Tests are awful even if you read the text thouroughly. Students should be paid to be her therapist. I took her class even after reading this last term..DON'T!!

This woman has no business teaching. I learned nothing from her. All she did was ramble on about her son, her parents and her exhusband. I understand that she has a stressful life, but that needs to be left at the door. She needs to teach more and talk about her life less. Avoid to keep your sanity.
