Discussion forums,the usual. Papers,clear requirements but grading unclear. Exams,tricky and ambiguous,I thought some questions may have been marked incorrectly. Bottom line, you must score very highly to do well. Grading scale is higher than most courses,you must get 951 of 1000 to get an A. I felt I earned an A but was shortchanged on points.

If he tells you it is on the test it will be so study. Methods is hard but he is willing to explain. His seminar on Race and Crime is good. Very interesting, very easy. Nice Guy. Do the reading though

Excellent professor, his lectures keep you interested and help you to understand the material. Papers aren't bad and he tells you exactly what he wants in them. Tests are a little on the hard side, but if you study you should be fine. Didnt really use the book that much, just take good notes.

I give you this advice... Take good notes and be there for the review for the exam. If he tells you to study it, by God know it! The presentation of your paper isn't so bad, just do it and get the points! Beware of the overheads, their boring!

While you had to study to do well on his tests, that is what college is all about. He made everything very clear on how he wanted his papers done so getting a good grade on papers was easy. He made the class fun too.

His class was easy, and you didn't have to read the book. But he also had interesting lectures and kept your attention by asking thought-provoking questions. Exams were a bit hard, but he told you exactly what to study for them.
