She is very considerate and understanding to students. Her lectures are okay, but she is approachable if you need help even if she is very busy. You have to take notes in class, or else you'll be lost. She gives quizzes and exams, and sometimes they can be take-home quizzes/exams. I hated math and anything with numbers but was able to do well.

Siobhan is a wonderful professor. I was terrified to take this class due to my difficulty understanding algebra, but I got through it with an A! My advice? Study with your classmates and attend the tutoring sessions! Siobhan is very sweet, always willing to help students succeed and will take the time to explain it until you get it!

She is enthusiastic. She cares. Siobahn wants you to succeed in her class, even when your eyes start rolling to the back of your head during a particularly tangent filled Economics lecture. As a student who experienced medical setbacks while taking her course, there is no better advocate. Even if you don't excel in her field she truly cares.

I wanted to die in this class, but Dr. Reilly wouldn't let me. She's amazing and so kind. I left feeling really good about what I'd learned, and I'd never have had that experience without her help and expertise! She's easily one of the best teachers at Mills.
