If you want to know ANYTHING about Germany and the wars, take this man's class. He may get a little sidetracked on occasion but he is an excellent communicator and the depth of his knowledge is envious. You will read and have to write papers. Grades tough but fair. His exams are usually take home with a one week turnaround; you will need to attend

The class was a lot harder than what needed to be for a general course. However, he is a very nice professor and gives many extra credit opportunities. I made an A- in the class, but this is because I studied for HOURS before each test, did a lot of extra credit, and redid many assignments. It's doable, but challenging.

You don̢۪t have to go to class to do well. Just be sure to read the book because his questions are from the test bank. 50 pts of each test are based on an essay question, which usually isn̢۪t too hard. The Document Analyses & Critical Thinking assignments are a chance to increase your grade. Overall, he is a decent teacher, but a really nice man.

Dr. Fritz is an extremely helpful and approachable professor. Attendance is not mandatory and everything is posted on D2L. There is 1 critical analysis due towards the end of Nov., and 5 document analyses due throughout the course. These things make up 40% of your grade, so do them! They are designed to help your grade! I recommend Fritz for HIST.

This was the worst class I had all semester. He was the worst teacher I had. He never helped with anything. All he does is talk and talk.

All he does is ramble and talk in circles. Test are semi ok very tricky. I learned more from reading my own book then i did attending his lectures. You have 6 assignments that he grades completely unfair. Trying to go talk to him about your grade is completely worthless though b/c he doesn't care! DO NOT TAKE! Worst class i had this semester.

One of the worst classes i had this semester. Only about 1/4 of the class ever even showed up. BORING. Tests were pretty easy. He just stands up there and talks and talks and you have no idea what he is ever talking about so really hard to take good notes. Try taking someone else if you can.
