Very kind man who definitely cares about his student's education. Learned more in his classes than any other professor. Is a challenging test giver, but he allows for test corrections. Put in enough work and you can get an A- or A. Favorite Professor by far.

Dr. Barney's class was hard, but it was so interesting. You could tell he was so passionate about the subject. He gives timely feedback on tests, and allows for corrections on every test and quiz for half the credit back. I hope to take more classes from him in the future and I would definitely take this class again.

This class was really hard. Professor Barney really works hard to assist students in the learning process. He offers reviews and wants his students to succeed. Be ready to work hard but know you will learn a lot. He made the topic interesting and fun.

This was an amazing class! Dr. Barney taught it very well. His lectures are a bit dull, but make sure to listen because he pulls info from them to the quizzes and tests. His tests are moderate, but you need to study for them in advanced. Cramming right before does not work.

I love Barney! I took his wednesday class from 3:30-6 , it was really long but he is entertaining and made the lectures enjoyable. His class is so interesting. He has 3 tests a semester, one being a take home test and the other two you can correct your wrong answers after for partial credit. The tests are still very hard though.

Dr. Barney is an excellent professor who really knows his stuff. He really loves what he teaches and his enthusiasm for it is contagious. Just be prepared for a lot of studying and coursework. Don't let that scare you off, though. You really do learn a lot from him.

I loved this class! Professor Barney is really excited about psychology which made the lectures fun. He does require a 4 page paper for each chapter but its nothing to worry about. We were allowed to do test corrections and the final was optional! He offers extra credit too! This class really is an easy A as long as you put a little effort into it.

Great teacher! Makes the topic very entertaining and teaches in a way that encourages students to learn more than is necessary. A lot of work but the work is pretty easy if you get it done ahead of time. I mean seriously my final exam was optional. How much better can it get?

This teacher is great! He really helps the students understand everything and is a wonderful teacher. I'm a little worried about how much he like killing ducks and collecting decoys - it's strange to me. Please button your shirt up or wear a gold chain:)
