Dr. Lacewell knows how to keep your attention during lectures and includes relevant information that can help you in your personal life, especially in the loan chapters. He is amazing and is extremely helpful, even if you only have him for one class. He was to see his students be successful.

Dr. Lacewell is the best professor at Murray State. His classes are great. He is very knowledgeable about finance and banking and could probably teach at any university in the country. He gives great lectures with real world examples. PhD's in finance/banking are few and far between and he is a great teacher. Cares about his students.

Dr. Lacewell was also my advisor. He cares about students a lot. For tests, he will pull information from the book. His tests have to be prepared for in advance, so don't think studying the night before is going to cut it. He will work with you and will let you know if he is going to be out of town.

Before I took his class, I was afraid of finance and after took his class, he totally changed mind. I love the way he teaches, willing to help, and make hard class as an interesting class! Because of him, I'm considering to have my minor in finance. I love him so much!! If you need to take finance class, MUST TAKE HIS CLASS!!! Fab!Fab!Fab!!!
