If it's possible, he makes learning tax very tolerable. Great guy who wants everybody to succeed. Quizzes aren't easy and grades pretty hard on the final paper (content and grammatically).

Very nice guy. Definetely go to office hours to ask questions before exams. The class is very interesting and he makes it interesting. There are quizzes, a midterm, a research paper and a final. The research paper is a huge chunk of your grade-start it ahead of time and ask hime to look it over!!!
