Personally, this guy is very nice and approachable. However, if you are an artist, and care about your OWN musical interpretation(s), stay away from this guy. If you don't go his way, you will be replaced, plain and simple. Of course, any ensemble has to follow the director, but he doesn't seem open to any other interpretation but his own.
