His canvas assignments are very clear and as long as you follow instructions exactly on lab assignments and discussions he isnt hard to make a good grade but his midterm and final are 100 questions closed book closed note which is hard. He also goes off on unrelated tangents during classs and lets other students take up to much time with nonsense

Minus the fact he talks sooooo much, expect a pretty energetic cool guy. Ya youd probably zone out but for the most part if you just read the book and listen to em from time to time youd do great. And this is coming from the queen of procrastination and daydreaming during class.

He goes off on tangents every few minutes which are very distracting from actual class work. Says Ok Team every other breathe to the point where it becomes annoying. He is difficult to follow. Lots of reading lots of quizzes. Fair grader just very difficult to follow when hes teaching.

The worst Professor I have had so far. He is super unfair, Lots of Homework which is not even important and he tells you this. Lots of test 2 chapters in 1 test, tough grader, favorites particular students. If you not on his good site expect a C. Participation is super important, no extra credit, tap dances, and says OK TEAM all the time

He's a great professor, I truly enjoyed his class! A lot of people who didn't like him that were in my class didn't pay attention or had an ongoing attitude throughout the course. If you pay attention and participate it's an easy course to pass with flying colors. He's fair & treats students equally.

He is all over the place and is way to hyped for no reason. His lectures are useless and don't help on the homework. We don't talk about anything related to whats in the class. He jumps to different topics every second. Stay away from this man.

Energetic, and uses a lot of analogies. He's fast paced and goes on tangents, but if you pay attention the tangent's do always circle back around. I feel the only reason he has a bad rating on here is because you need to stay focused the whole class and you can get lost easily if you don't. He puts more energy into teacher than any other teacher.

Forced presentation is sadistic and it seems that he loves it. I absolutely hate presentations and think it ruins the class and proves to me that the professor is lazy. "Teach the class what you've learned so I don't have to." No thanks.

I took his last in Fall 2014. He's not a hard teacher, just gets off topic and he lost me interest most of the time. He's assignments are not always clear. He will let you re-do things are give you an extension if you ask. If you can deal with his off subject tangents, you will do fine in his class.

Awesome professor. He is a very enthusiastic instructor who tends to get off topic during his lectures BUT his assignments are so well-defined that the only way you could fail his class is if you simply didn't do the work.

Prof White was very energetic and helpful. There should be more professors that are as into their jobs as Professor White. He really cares about his students and their success. Sure he makes dry jokes sometimes but they're usually funny and are trying to convey a point to you about something relevant to the class.

This professor is a very friendly guy, but is a terrible teacher. The class consist of two assessments test, and one major paper, labs, and ten homework assignment. He talks a lot but has nothing to do with the test. The test is solely on the text book, as long as you read the book you will do fine. His lectures can be boring and long.

Steve's lectures were dry most of the time. He's a friendly guy which fooled me into taking every word he said and assuming that information was used on the assessments. However, the assessments were based solely on the text. Otherwise he is somewhat lenient about attendance and a good afternoon class to let out steam.

As others have mentioned, he doesn't teach the textbook, which honestly I prefer, I can read afterall. This easy material, he showed a lot of you tube clips to try to show how things applied. He lays out exactly what you should expect. I was hoping for more hands on, but if you can read a textbook on your own time, you will easily pass
