First of all, what a babe. A class has never been so interesting. But really, Steven is an incredible professor. His quirky mannerisms and fine, fine derriere kept me at full attention. Too bad he's married.

Steven is nice, and clearly wants to be friends with his students, but his lectures are not very helpful, and he doesn't think feedback is necessary. I was constantly frustrated by his lack of feedback. He clearly knows a lot about writing, and seems to enjoy it, which helps.

Stevens dry sense of humor kept the class pretty fun at times, lectures though were vague and he didnt bother to tie them into what we were learning. Fun to be around, but has an odd love for awkward silence in seminar. hmm. overall he was ok, but could be more engaging.

Steven Hendricks definitely challenged me in his class. He gave our class a wide variety of interesting writing tasks that got me to stretch my mind. He isn't very clear about what he wants from students all the time, but I get the feeling that he does that on purpose to get students to actually discuss the task at hand. He taught me a lot.

Steven is an amazing teacher. He works with student needs, is very engaging, and always connects abstract points to relevant examples. He’s passionate and cares about his students, touching base if you begin to fall behind; he wants you to be successful. Be warned, he won’t go easy or lead you astray. Funny, approachable, and will take care of you.

Probably the best faculty I've had yet. He's eager to help, but not in an overly obsessive manner (chasing after you to see if you're clear on any give subject). A fun sense of dry-ish humour and complete knowledge of words - I'd like to see Steven and Terry Setter do something together...

It's been a few years since I had the honor of working with Steve- he's a great person to talk with, wonderfully creative, an inspired writer and overall lots of fun.
