He is a very nice prof and the class is not difficult. If you study all your power point slides and any practice exam questions he gives the exams will be very easy. The course is curved. Lectures are a bit dry but he answer questions that are in power point slides which could be on exams.

He's a really good prof. Probably the best one for Corp Fi (although Dua is also good). Corp Fi is a tough course but his explanations and notes are very good. If you know his notes really well you can do allright. He's fair and students don't get screwed with him. I liked him and will take other finance courses with him if I can.

An easy course that covers concepts about different financial mkts and institution, followed by a brief introduction to risk mgmt basics. The prof is ok, apparently language is his barrier, but he tries hard to make sure you understand it. No need to buy the textbook, exams are based on notes
