SunHee was intimidating but wonderful. Her classes are incredibly difficult and she is a super tough grader. She gave me the only F I have ever gotten. Still passed the class, but that one hurt. If she wasnt so damn brilliant....

SunHee's scrutiny makes for better writing, but her criticisms are overwhelmingly negative and demoralizing. She beats you down but will not build you back up. As an advisor she is helpful, but uses her intelligence to limit ambition, pidgeon-hole, and erode confidence. She is proud of her apt moniker "dragon-lady." Even Beowulf better beware. ;-(

I took as many classes with SunHee as I could (5, I think). While ludicrously hard, her classes really improved my thinking and writing and she gives you every opportunity to redeem yourself. She really means it when she talks about "improvement points." Her team projects also prepare you well for "the real world."
