Not a good teacher. Definitely will favor you if you kiss up but if you just go, listen, and do the work she will be harder on you. Watched her screw 2 classmates on their grade. Another ISU professor that thinks they are the most brilliant person alive. And this comes from a history major that graduated with a 3.9. Stay away from her class.

I loved this class! She had a sense of humor, was fair, and very to the point in her teaching. She tells you exactly what you need to know for exams and give you that info in plenty of time to really study it.

She is an excellent teacher. She is very to the point and is always willing to clarify if need be. She has been the best teacher I have had at ISU. She has great enthusiasm and is very fair. I would definetly recommend taking this class with her.

Very very unfair/hard grader. I hardly studied for my first essay and got a C and then the next time I memorized the answers and studied as hard as i could and i got a worse grade. Not to mention she is incredibly boring, she is not funny, if you are not a history major, do not take this class

Very tough grader. I think I had the top grade in the class and I barely eeked out an A. She did a great job selecting books to give an overview of the Amer. Revolution. Only after the class was over did I realize how much I learned.
