The year started out alright, but everyday she treated us like we were elementary kids. When it came time to design our own lessons, she would not accept any creative ideas, it was her way or the highway. How are you supposed to learn to teach if you can't be creative? She's very self centered, she spent 2 days talking about herself. No joke.

really nice at the begining of the year and then she loses it... presentations she constantly inturrupts you and when you actually teach kids she tries to instigate them almost trying to get them to misbehave... she doesnt teach this class anymore but im sure she is similar with her other classes

at the beginning of the year i liked her then she like went nuts. she definately picks favorites and its more than easy to tell if youre a fav. or not. i was not haha. we did a group project for the final and she wouldnt even meet with our group to discuss what we were doing cuz she spent all her time at 1 or 2 groups.

I have to say that even though I got a B in her class, I learned a ton. Elementary never interested me, but she made it interesting. Her ideas are very good, yet simple at the same time. She was very helpful and nice. I read other ratings about her and went in scared of her. I came out with much knowledge and gratitude for her efforts.

actually, I thought she had a lot of really great ideas. Usually, I'm bored by the theorists and information about them, but she made it really interesting and made me care about them. Within an entire semester, I have NEVER experienced her yelling at us, and she showed us examples of many fun activities that include all of the standards.

this woman was horrible. i'm suprised i made it through methods and student teaching. tried to give me a lower grade than i deserved but luckily i saved all my papers and tests which all had A's written on them. sucks that students can't avoid her.

Never know which Wheatley you'll get, one minute nice, next raving lunatic. Changed assignments and due dates at will. Has screwed students into extra semesters/years because she didn't know the requirements well enough. Need help? Ask a senior. Changed ballots when voting for new mus hist prof.
