Very disorganized and hard professor. Does not come to classes on time, she grades tough, doesn't help on anything. She says come for help but when you go to her office hour, she's not there to help. When you email her, she loosed ALL emails!! How? That you ask her!

EXTREMELY poor exam designer. Code provided with two of our three exams was broken. Most of the time on the exam was spent fixing that code. Tends to misunderstand questions and provide unrelated answers. Very unprofessional. Every third sentence was about how she used to work at IBM. Now I know why she is no longer there.

The worst teacher ever, dont eve thin about taking this class with this teacher, unorganized, full of shyt, too many projects, labs, exams. Has too many mistakes in her notes, you ganna waste your time and not learn anything.last month we had to do 2 projects 3 labs and the final exam, took her forever to correct them and shes always dumb

Ok, She's not as bad as what people say here. It is true that the end gets very rushed but she makes excellent presentations. The thing that most people dont like to accept is that you must come into this class with a good understanding of C++. If you are complete beginner you will not pass this class. It's 5050 for a reason.

I learned a great deal however it was more or less indirectly. She often made mistakes with her own examples and would correct them during class. The first 3 weeks of class the pace was very very fast, the rest of the class was comparatively slow. Her grading scale works against you and her HW assignments are ridiculusly long.

The pace was very slow. If you're lookign to learn anything from her, DON'T. Just read the book, and do some of the questions at the end of the chapter. That's the only way you're going to learn anything in her class. Still, great class, pace was wonderful.

Requires a lot of work. It seems a lot of work is necessary to learn the subject. The student is given the opportunity to learn the subject well! Less significant than the upside, though frustrating, was the teacher's disorganization.

I TOOK HER OVER THE SUMMER AND I THOUGHT THAT SHE WAS OK. BUT SHE IS VERY UNORGANIZED AND VERY FORGETTABLE. GOOD LUCK IF YOU HAVE ANY CSC TEACHER BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL NOT THAT GOOD. SO TRY YOUR BEST AND YOU'LL BE FINE.

She is not as hard as everyone says at all!!! Just get the work done, which is not overwhelming by any means, and your almost for sure gonna get a good grade. A bit disorganized though, that is my only real complaint.

She is the worst professor I have ever had. I didn't learn anything from her. She has spent 3 months explaining the 1st few chapters and then, she cramed all the important chapters at the end. I got an A in the class but didn't learn anything. During the next class (2200), I was in a disadvantage position. All the other students knew way much more.

The main issue is that although she seems to want to help students, she presents the material in such a way that it is made more confusing. The labs were difficult because the instructions were unclear, & the given code difficult to follow. We were several weeks behind the syllabus, which caused some topics to be rushed as well as the final proj.

She is an embarassment. She is a COBOL programmer who never even had a PhD. In other words while most everyone in the class had current technology skills and better qualified than this poorly prepared "professor wannabee". You could better invest your time in any other class.
