Great professor! Considerate, caring of students, gives good criticism and fair grading. Gives you lots of freedom but can also be quite harsh with critiques. Take it with a grain of salt since she has a great sense of humour. Awesome lady! Work hard in this class.

Wow! I can't believe some of the comments here. She's a good prof., intimidating at first but she pushes you to be better, think about what you're doing, and she's honest and clear about what she expects from you. If you respect her, she respects you. Lazy people and whiners beware!

Completely rediculous behaviour ..haven't experienced this since kindergarten- dislikes every single bfa professor but herself and treats students not under her advisorship poorly and disrespectfully. Excellent. Students who require pampering and hand holding should stay away, as this remarkable professor actually speaks her mind. She is forward, challenging and honest. Afraid of personal remarks, criticisms, or challenges to personal belief? Get out of the art world, then. Run, run as fast as you can. She is a precursor to the real world.
