This was my second time taking Bio 107 and I highly recommend taking it with Professor Theodose. She is respectful, understanding, clear in explanation, and give very good feedback to students. She is very fair

Terry was terrific. She is a very caring person and wants her students to pass. Her lectures can be hard to follow because she puts a lot of information in the speaker notes, but she does upload them on Blackboard after the topic is concluded. There are activities that reflect your understanding of the topic that she uses for attendance

Comment:

Very energetic and comfortable with the subject matter. Powerpoint slides were available on blackboard as well as her notes; the notes were very helpful to narrow down sections to study. She was very accommodating when I needed to take a quiz I had missed. All around a great professor with fair policies.

A very sloppy lecture. She was clearly not familiar with the material and got lost and/or confused as she was presenting. She's a really nice lady but not great at explaining biological concepts.

Such a great teacher! I hate science, but she taught the class in a way that made it interesting. She's very helpful and wants her students to do well. If you go to class and do the work, the tests are easy.

she's a nice lady and the class is pretty easy (for non majors).the book is very helpful, her power points are straight from it, but its helpful because sometimes the notes she puts on the board can be confusing.

Non-majors should seriously consider taking their laboratory science with her. She keeps things light in the classroom, most of her test questions come from her notes (which she posts on Blackboard), and you can make up half the points you lose on exams by typing up test corrections. On top of that, she's a very caring and passionate professor.

Excellent teacher, very funny and always encourages questions. She is a tad ditzy which is fine with me because it keeps things light. Her lectures really keep you interested because she keeps it as "dumb" or in as plain of language as she can so everyone will understand her. Overall, I would take another class with her!

Excellent teacher! Lectures very clear and interesting, and questions are very encouraged and welcome. Very enthusiastic about the subject and is so nice. She is a bit of a scatterbrain, but this in no way affects the quality of her teaching. Exams expect you to apply lecture material but are very reasonable. The amount of work is pretty typical.

Great Teacher. Very kind. I love Bio anyway, but her enthusiasm is infectious. I goofed in the lab, my own fault, but she is very caring and i would love to take another class with her. Study, network, ask for help,don't F-off in lab,it's not that hard. Her kind heart and smiling face made me develop a slight crush on her. She's just so sweet.

This Woman is Gorgeous :-) Her face makes you feel comfortable and she is very encouraging which is demonstrated by her unique way/style of teaching. If you can, take this bio class with her and you will love it even though it is challenging Again, Dr. Theodose is highly interesting and she is very sophisticated and can answer all your questions :)

This is my second time around for this class. This time, I felt like I accomplished and learned so much more. Yes, the class is difficult and there is a lot of ground to cover, but work hard and she will help you out. Her class format makes it easier and she respects her students. Take Bio 107 from her when she is teaching it.
