He maybe a bit hard, but I took him as a freshman at 8am and by the end of the semester I was happy to get up at 8am. He's fair and all you have to do is memorize the vocab and you got it passed.

Class seemed like it would be easy, but it wasn't. Dr. Hannon is really funny but has trouble staying on topic, therefor class sessions rarely have purposes. His tests are hard, but if you do good you get an exemption for the final. Plus, he likes to call on people a lot, so be prepared to talk.

Mr.Hannon is a credit to his profession. All of those snot-nosed kids who gave him bad ratings haven't got a clue. Keep up the great work, Mr. Hannon. You were solid back in '71-'73 and still are.

dr. hannon is one of the funniest profs i know. not the greatest teacher about developing nations, but man does he know about beer, redlight districts in practically every european country, and that the butler eagle is crap. crazy dude overall.

I believe Hannon is a disgrace to professors everywhere! He's definitely a waste of $$. He actually asked me if I had learning disability and I am nearly an A student. I suggest you not take his courses if you are serious about your studies. I withdrew.

Speaks 6 different languages and knows some of about 7 others. All I have to say is IRISH and CATHOLIC lol, easy class, you can get exempt from the final. Great guy, if you are female he will want to go to lunch sometime...haha...he's harmless!

Very funny, he seems tough at first but is very nice once you get to know him. Quizes are kind-of tough he makes you read in the book, then doesn't talk about the readings at all, then they show up on the next quiz. Good teacher overall.
