agree with everyone about the readings--but in all, he's a decent teacher. has his moments, but towards the last few weeks of class, it becomes a lot of fun. Easy A and after you sift through the articles a bit, you might find some pretty interesting ideas, at the very least. Tests, by the way, are extremely common-sensical so no worries

i took him for winter class, he's a good professor, generates interest and his teaching style is awesome.. i had 5 hours of this class and it wasnt boring... doesn't just lecture outta the book (although his material is based on it) but rather actually teaches it through stories and examples and engaging students (and i normally hate participating)

Very nice professor, but gives out TONS of reading. However those reading are only for your own improvement, not for testing (no tests anyways). 1 presentations, 1 midterm essay and 1 final paper, and class attendance also count as part of your grade. Fair grading & not strict, strong recommendation.

Easy professor but I found his class to be boring. Assigns alot of reading, but you don't have to read it. 2 quizzes, midterm, final, and a paper. Overall hes ok but during lectures could get a litle monotonous.

Great teacher. Lectures are quite interesting, as long as you take notes and come to class you'll get an A. Lots of readings, but goes over them througougly in class, easy mid-term and easy take-home final. Funny and laid-back.

Yeah he does assign alot of reading, but who has time for that. As long as you copy everything he writes on the board and participate in class you'll be fine. The quizes and midterm are extremely easy because he gives great reviews. He's very laid back
