The best chemistry professor there is. Clear lectures. Clear expectations. He gives us food during examinations. Love him. However, beware... Orgo is tough. That said, you need to work hard for your A.

curran is the best prof. at trinity. He was such an amazing teacher that friends from other schools also taking orgo asked me for help with their homework because I knew how to do any mechanism. have to work super hard for an A but anyone can do it. willing to help outside of class.

Worst Lab Professor EVER. Not only did he assign a partial lab report during exam period, but also rewrites for TWO full lab reports at the same time. He nit-picks the tiniest things after not giving guidelines and was less than understanding when another student had to miss lab for her grandfather's funeral. Do not pick him for a lab.

Clearly puts a lot of work into perfecting his lectures. Expect to do work but if you stay up to pace with the class then you will feel very proud about all you have learned. this course is very do-able. great, friendly, helpful teacher.

Tells the best jokes and personal stories from his PhD work/when he was in school. No graded homework, but quizzes are weekly and cover the homework from throughout that week. His exams are sneaky and you have to understand the material, but the homework/class notes are everything you need. ALWAYS available outside of class, and he is very helpful

Really good professor who will teach you the material. That being said, he is an extremely picky grader and your grade will not reflect content understanding. Can be very condescending and seems bothered when asked questions. Overall I highly recommend. . .you will learn a lot about Organic Chemistry.

Brilliant, very clear lectures. Homeworks w/ solutions were a great help. Test content was entirely predictable. The first course tends to get exponentially more difficult- put in the time and you will do well.
