Recommended for students thinking about law school. Come to class prepared - meaning reading the assigned pages and doing the study guide - and you should do fine on the exam. The class lecture is a review of the study guide with several people on the hot seat to answer the ques. Essay exams based are on the questions. Reading the text is a must.

I really enjoyed the class, despite the fact it was challenging. He definitely knew what he was talking about, and held you to a high standard on exams. Easy to understand, and helpful if you need it. He offered study session before exams.

Hard but good. He is a good prof, and a good guy. MY only complaint was that he ignored the 2nd amendment and thought it want not a constitutional issue. Well now with DC v. Heller and another case on its way, he was proven wrong. Its not his fault that he did not know as most people who were not 2nd Amendment advocates did not know.
