After taking programming 1 and 2 under Dr. Hill, I took data structures with a different teacher through a different college. The class was very, very difficult but Dr. Hill helped me with my numerous homework assignments regardless. He is one of the best instructors I have ever had.

Excellent instructor. Tom Hill is passionate about what he teaches and is open to questions at the appropriate time. He is patient with students who don't understand. I found at times he can be difficult to follow, but that may be due to the subject matter. Great instructor.

Dr. Tom Hill is a great instructor, definitely one of the best I've ever had. He's brilliant and knows the subjects he teaches inside and out. He is also incredibly patient with students, even though students can ask pretty stupid questions.

This teacher is very nice. However, this is the worst class I've ever taken. He doesn't explain things well at all. In addition, he puts things on the test that we've never done before. He doesn't post his grades in canvas or answer his messages. I took him for c++ 1 and 2, and I recommend not wasting your time with this teacher.

This was a great course with interesting material. Dr. Hill is an excellent instructor, his lecture is interesting, and he allows student interaction. The course is not extremely difficult, however, it does take some time to learn the terminology. If you need help Dr. Hill is always willing to help.
