Reasonable professor. Can never catch him in his office, and the one time I emailed him I got no response. Tests are multiple choice and while I've never been good at multiple choice, it isn't hard to get good grades in the class. Recommended especially if you don't like nasty math like in signals & systems. The only thing is he's a bit boring.

His projects and tests are easy, but only because he doesn't kill you with math, but forces you to learn the concepts. Class is interesting...and he always seems like he is about to laugh at a joke..but never quite gets there.

A nice guy, not as tough as Howitt, not the same style either. If you want to learn in a lecture, Howitt is the guy. If you want to learn by doing, then Weldon. His DSP computer lab time made all the difference.
