You want him as your prof! He's incredibly straight-forward but he understands students and is very accommodating. Lectures are long and painful but he breaks it up with interesting discussion and off-topic conversation. Loved his class & teaching style. Really respectable prof.

Dr. Kemerly's teaching is very straight forward. He is very helpful in answering questions and is prompt with answering emails. His tests come straight from the text, but are very application based and can be tricky. You will definitely have to study outside of class (pretty extensively) if you take him.

Dr. Kemerly is my advisor and hes pretty much the best teacher ever. His classes are no joke though you must be prepared to learn alot but he is there to help you all the time! The hardest thing about this class was the long research paper due near the end of the semester

Really great professor. Tends to keep things interesting and gives you ways to make it applicable in your life. Very dry sense of humor, definitely made me laugh a few times. Kinda short for me (and married), but if you want something nice to look at during lectures, he'll fit the bill.
