Took calc 2 with him. Very hard class but Great professor. His teaching is clear and he tells you exactly what are on the exams. He tries to make the exams easy and does not throw any curve balls on the exams. Great guy, wants you to pass, cracks dad jokes.

Not a good professor. He doesnt really know how to teach. I found it best that I skip class and teach myself the material we were learning. The homework actually helped me understand. He passed around an attendance sheet at random times which was annoying. Exams were exactly like the practice exams he gave. He was of no help. dont reccomend him.

Comment:

Great professor for Topology. I've learned a lot in his class. Quizzes given once a week at most, which are fair and easy if you're paying attention. Exams are quite fair as well. Gives great feedback on your proofs, provided you're trying of course. Class can get a little dry sometimes, but he's a solid professor in all aspects. Would take again.

His first exam was easy. Then it started getting hard. He started putting questions on the exams that weren't even on the practice; he once put a question that he went over ONLY ONE TIME, and this was the class before the exam, he made it 15 pts! So if you got it wrong the most you could get was a B. Sit in the front otherwise you won't hear him.

Easy A-There are quizzes once a week and the TA first does them on the board, leaves it on and gives you the same problem just with different numbers. He also gives practice exams before every midterm and the midterm is exactly the same just different numbers so you can memorize how to do it. Also, see him to go over the midterm he gives extra pnts

Very good teacher! I had him for Algebra and he had quizzes every friday to help boost your grade. His midterms were a little hard but they prepared me well for the final which was really easy. Definitely recommend taking him!

I did good in his class, he is a very easy going professor. Very straight forward about his exams. Lila the TA was amazing, with a heart of gold and she genuinely cared. She was generous enough to hold review sessions before exams, which helped a LOT and give extra time to students to make sure they understood everything. Good class overall.

he's a good guy, gets into the subject that he's teaching so he tends to ignore most of the class while teaching. go to ta's they help a lot, answer your questions and stuff. quizzes and exams are similar to the practice, go over them with the ta, and you will do well

Good guy, exams are similar to the practice, homework is online, do it, it helps, and go to TA lila, I wouldn't mind if she taught the whole class. Breaks stuff down and makes it easy for everyone to understand and knows her stuff, not bad to look at either.

He is a good professor in general if you go to his classes, be attentive because he tells you whats going to be on quizzes and exams. One TA, monica is good, but hands down lila is the bestest, prettiest, most helpful TA ever. Go to her office hours, you will actually understand what's going on in class and she will def help you get an A on exams.
