Incredibly boring, no enthusiasm. Easy to tell he is just going through the motions of his job at this point. With a tired glare, quiet, droned out voice while pacing back and forth reading powerpoints, hard to stay interested in what he's saying. Easy grader though, i'll give him that.

SUPER BORING LECTURES! Everything he talks about is available online through the books website. He literally uses the pre-made power points so it's easy to catch up if you zone out. Group project was tough but not to bad. Overall and pretty easy class as long as you are willing to follow requirements and work hard.

Dr. Mathews is the best professor I've ever had! He is so helpful. Although attendance might not be considered mandatory, he always covers a lot of helpful information in class. To do well you really need to show up and study. But over all he is a very fun and kind professor.

Mr. Matthews wasn't an awful professor, but he was very good. Very few grades- 3 exams (20 pts each), a final (30 pts), and attendance (10 pts). I would definitely go to class. If you don't listen to lectures and read the material, you won't pass. The book wasn't used in class, but definitely get it, you'll need it.

It has been nearly 15 years since I've had my last class with Dr. Mathews and I still think he is the best educator in the department. Very smart and helpful and I have called on him in my professional career for advice as well. YSU is lucky to have him.

Professor Matthews is great. I was never big into public speaking, but he made this class fun.As long as you try, you will get a good grade. The group project is actually "fun" and you do all your tests at home online.
