I took this class on-line and Prof. Seymour was a very fair grader and offered a lot of extra credit. This is a college class - expect to work hard. If you apply yourself and do the extra credit - it is VERY possible to get a solid A.

Took this for Fall 2010 by recommendation, boy I should have read these reviews first!!!! OMFG this class was by far the hardest class I have ever taken. 2 chapters at a time is a BAD way to learn and take quizzes/exams on. Extra credit is available, but is OVERLY critiqued.

Absolutely terrible. In this online class you are "taught" (you basically teach yourself) one way and then you're tested in a totally different way. The professor is rude and rigid. I'm Navy on sea duty and couldn't catch a break on due dates after a week and a half at sea.

What are we in preschool? He's so anal about attendance and docks points if you are late or absent more than twice. His lectures make me want to poke a pencil in my eye and he's just so boring and sometimes mean in his words. I'd consider someone else if possible.

Wow... I never knew someone of authority could be so condescending, boring, unwilling to help, rhetorical and pretty much a jerk to students. He may know his material but is in no way a mentor. DO NOT TAKE THIS GUY. Gee is much better and nicer.

Took this class as an online/self study class. It was one of the most stressing and challenging courses I have ever taken. Exams, homeworks, and quizzes are all compiled by the text's website. If you read the material and put in a good effort you CAN pull an A. I don't like accounting got an A. Just put in the effort.

I took 8 weeks online course in Summer. Very straight forward. Definitely go by book. 2-chapters per week. Homework is a bit difficult, but if you do well, quizes and tests are easy. Extra credit opportunity every week. Drop the worst score of quize and test for grade. Quick response to your email. Overall I recommend him.

Took it online, got an A. You must do the homework and understand it through and through for the exams. Quick response time from the prof. Extra credit is available weekly. Previous ratings are harsh. Take it online and prepare to invest a few hours a week into it, you'll do fine. This is accounting, and it's 4 credits, not easy, and shouldn't be.

NOT A GREAT TEACHER. He does not teach you the class work, he expects you to know the course work and is usually unwilling to explain or help in any way. He is the WORST TEACHER for any class he teaches, I think it is more about the money (tenure) vs. teaching. NOT RECOMMENDED, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Take ROGER GEE online/class, he is excellent!

The abo****e WORST professor I have ever had. He does not teach you a thing. ANd is so montone that you fall a sleep, but if you lay your head down, you get yelled at. It is a never ending cycle of hell!!!
