He retired last year, but you never know. I'm an A student and I've had my share of poor instructors. This guy ranks up there. I got a B in his course, and the main reason why is because he provided no cooperation with me all semester. Perhaps others had different experiences, but with me it was figured it out on your own or tough luck.

I took both Info Systems and Macro with Wayne and he really isn't that bad. He cares about students alot more than he lets on. If you do think that he's a "horrible teacher", than I hope that you don't plan on transferring to UNI, because I did and now I would take all of my classes with Paper rather than at UNI!

i took macroeconomics with him and worked my butt off for a C-. the best score i got on a test was a B-. very difficult and nothing he says relates to class. yeah, you can use a cheat sheet on tests, but it never helped me. avoid if at all possible.

Took his onlince class,its not easy.u have to do a 5pt assign every week n some of the assigns dont make much sense.Idk how he teachs in person but i say if u have to take this class take it in person.His online really requires like 6 to 9+ hours of studying each week. A lot of studying n after it still didnt make sense

Took him for Info Systems, I didnt really like him then, but I had to take him for Macro. He doesnt care about the students, nobody is good enough to be in his presence. HCC should take a look at 98% of these other posts and re-evaluate him. I want to say so much more, but its not quite appropriate... sorry

Before taking his class, I had high regards for him. Was very impressed on the first day of class. By the time the first assignment was handed in, I was told that my answer was almost identical to others. I posted on the Angel website a questions, and he took it very offensive and removed it quickly. Ever since then, I guess I am on his S**t list.

he was my advisor and didn't even know what classes i should take in order to get into iowa state, he even made up the classes to just assume they were right. I also had him in macro and didn't care about the students, his tests are not even a part of his lecture and i would not take him again

I had him for both macroeconomics and information systems in the same semester. He actually isn't that bad a guy. I respect him. He's tough, and tests and quizes are no joke. He expects us to try. Just read and study and you'll do fine. REMEMBER, go to class everyday, no matter what. It pays off.
