She is a nice lady but I have learned more about her family than I have about the subject material. There are only three exams and two papers but the exams are extremely hard and her study guide doesn't cover everything on the exam.

Absolute sweetheart! Always made class fun and interesting, speeches could be on anything, really and she always made sure you felt comfortable doing them. Exams weren't difficult if you studied. Overall she is such a caring and kind person you can't help but smile every day that you come to class.

I absolutely loved her! She works with her students and encourages growth and creativity. Her lectures were interesting and full of great personal examples. The exams are sneakily hard, so you need to actually study for them. Otherwise, the speeches are fun and intriguing-- she really encourages students to grow!

This class is so easy. You only have about 8 of them, there are no exams, with one group project at the end and daily journals to turn in every week. Just go to class, be respectful to her (because she deserves it) and you'll get an A.

This instructor was quite laissez faire throughout the entire course. I did not hear from her more than 2-3 times (both on Blackboard and through Email). Not necessarily a bad thing, however there was not much effort put forth with regard to instruction and explanation. Weekly tests are difficult, but the answers are in the book.

Self-taught; literally. She does not provide supplemental articles or guides to help with understanding ALL of the material assigned weekly. The test are hard, unless you learn the material as good as her. The test is 1:15 and you have to answer 35-40 short answer questions, which does not give you enough time to think. You will work hard for an A!

Very sweet lady that really cares about students and tries her best to help you learn. The content isn't very interesting, but she does her best to keep people engaged by using in-class worksheets. She's an easy grader. I don't think she even read our essays because everyone got 100% and some ppl said they didn't even complete theirs haha.

Wendy is an amazing professor that obviously loves teaching and her students. She is always trying to make dull material as interesting as possible. Attendance is necessary to get those extra points. I just took the first exam and I wanted to cry. Love her but it was the hardest exam thus far in my college career.

Nice lady. Classes will bore you to death but you do about two to three group activities each session. Her exams are brutal and there's only 300 points in the class (two exams counting for 100 points each) but if you read the chapters and do the study guides you'll be fine.

This class was pretty easy. Her lectures are boring but the exams are not very hard if you do the study guides. She does group work every class period so attendance is important but she's very approachable and flexible with students. As long as you go to class and study for the exams the class is easy.

Wendy is such a nice lady. She is so fun to have as a professor. The material was pretty dull, but she made it very applicable to every day life. This has been a class taught online, not in the classroom. Her lack of knowledge with the Blackboard and poor communication in the Blackboard has made this the worst online course I've ever had. I would imagine face-to-face she is a good instructor, but the online format isn't for her.

Wendy is honestly the best teacher i have ever had at central. Her lectures are interesting and even though the final group project is long, she helped me a lot for my part of it....P.S. for the project skype one of your family members for the presentation who is an expert in your subject. SHE LOVED THAT IDEA
