This man is hilarious. He is so awkward that it just makes you love him. I would take his class all over again. The material that is on the test comes straight from the notes that you take in class and I used the book maybe two times. Take the quizzes that are online with the book. He pulls some of those to put on the test. Easy A

If there's one word to describe this man… goofy. He makes sociology very entertaining. No suprises on the tests, tells you what is going to be on it. Took his class as a T/TR, fell asleep towards the end. Try to take MWF is possible, otherwise… TAKE HIM

Professor Danaher is awesome. He makes it interesting and easy to understand. No homework ever, just come to class every day and take notes and you'll be fine. I didn't buy the book, if you go to class and take notes you honestly don't need it. TAKE HIS CLASS.

Professor Danaher is one of those teachers that you just can't help but love. He really likes the subject and puts alot of information from lecture on tests that's not necessarily in the book. Make sure you pay attention, take notes, and go to class and you'll be fine.

Comment:

Danaher is an outstanding professor. He does a great job at presenting and teaching the material. About 4 or so multiple choice exams and a semi-cumulative final exam. This class is the reason I'm a Socy minor. He's great.

Great teacher with a great attitude! Teaches straight from the book and his tests are all multiple choice. Sociology is actually interesting in his class. Definitely recommend!

Danaher is an extremely laid back teacher and fairly easy. He rambles off topic sometimes, but usually it's interesting. Format for tests- front page all matching second page you have to pick 4 out of the 8 short answer and one of of two essays. A couple short papers also..nothing too crazy.

BEST CLASS EVER! Ive never had a teacher that says thank you for coming to class! Coolest guy ever, he just chills up front and you learn somehow! Most def if you not sure what to expect out of sociology! couple easy tests, 2 papers and group participation. wish all my professors were like him.

The only good thing about this class was that attendance is optional. There are only 2 tests 2 papers and a final. It's hard to get an A in this class because you'd have to get an A on like every test. Overall not a bad class though.

Really really nice guy. I enjoyed his class alot. Not very hard. Tests are multiple choice with a couple of short answer. Write a couple papers. Overall, I didn't have much interest in Sociology going into it, but i really enjoyed the class and thought it was pretty easy

He's funny and laidback. Lectures are interesting and he likes getting everyone involved. You can get by without reading the books until the end of the final and tests are generally easy. He even gives study guides that tell you pretty much everything on the test

Hes a really big grudge keeper! We turned in papers in stages and I accidentally plagerized ONE LINE on a ROUGH DRAFT and he wouldnt forgive me to save my life! He's so cool! If you like sociology and DON'T like doing a lot of work take Danaher! Starts out sounding hard, but you'll find really quickly that it's super easy. Made an A, I've NEVER cracked the books, only cost me about 3 points total on all my tests. Some easy in class group activities, 2 REALLY easy papers and 3 or 4 tests and thats it.
