Comment:

One of my favorite teachers ever! He was hilarious and his jokes made class time more fun. If you ever needed help he was more than willing to help you. He didn't play favorites he just got annoyed at the people who never came to class or the ones who were too busy playing on thier cellphones. study for his test and quizzes, Then it's easy:)

Comment:

One of the worst professors at New Paltz. He tells funny stories in class but plays favorites so much it ruins the class. His lectures are interesting but his rude personality and lack of concern for students is appalling. His tests are also extremely difficult and set out to confuse the student.

He is not a difficult teacher at all. His tests are mostly multiple choice, with some Map Questions. The final has an essay, but he gives you the question in advance. All nots are on power point, you don't need the textbook. Also, if you have above a 90 avg you don't need to take the final, just write the essay and e-mail it.

I thought this class would be an easy way to get a GE out of the way, but I was completely wrong. His tests are extremely difficult. He is also very sarcastic and makes students feel inadequate at times.

He is a wonderful professor. I generally like geography course, but he made it so much fun and interesting. He likes to have fun and has plenty of jokes. He does all his notes on power point and the textbook is not really needed to pass. The test and quizzes are also mainly multiply choice. I highly recommend him if you need Physical Geograpy.

What a hilarious and nice professor! Always cracking jokes in a very subtle way, a great guy to take Physical Geography with... All notes on powerpoint, no need for text book, tests can be a little tricky but not hard. One of my favorites now!

Fall was one of my fav. profs, he has a dry sense of humor but is so funny sometimes. His classes are simple to attend, you sit and take notes off powerpoint. Tests go with the notes and you can usually predict what will be on the exams. Straight forward guy, tells u exactly how youll be graded. I recommend.

Very nice instructor. I think he is crystal clear about what will be on the tests. I thought the tests related exactly to the information given in the lectures. If you study your notes and make sure you understand the material, you will do fine.

His class is based on very organized power points with lots of pictures, which help students a lot to understand what we are studying. He tells what the exams will be about and what you should do for it. Very helpful teacher. I do recommend him!

Class was pretty easy, just take good notes and study them before the test. He seems like he is very interested in what he teaches which somewhat rubs onto the class. I would recommend him to anyone trying to fulfill a science GE.

Just like your 9th grade Earth Science class, only shorter. Hardly even takes attendance. The only way you can fail is if you: a) never show up, b) are a moron, or c) are dead.
