Took him for Intro to Politics last year, I adored him from the first class. He had a freshness and vitality in his classroom presence, and although some parts of class were dry or hard to understand, he is passionate about what he does and is always there for you if you stay after class due to confusion or extra interest. FYI he's quite liberal

I like him a lot, relates his lesson plans to Beatles songs. Knows a lot about politics. A little bit hard to follow at some points but does not ask for a lot of homework. Just a few essays here and there and 1 or 2 tests. Great teacher. I highly recommend him.

A legend- just what a smart-ass kid needed to bring some clarity to his understanding of history and its applications to present day politics. Heavy accent on the dissenters of American History, especially in the founding era, and the importance of dissent as the most vital part of any functioning democracy. bill is a nice guy but he doesn't make a lot of sense a lot of the time. Classes can be very dry and boring, and he loves to argue his points. overall if you do your work and show effort he will give you the benefit of the doubt.

Bill was an awesome teacher, i had him for fly-fishing and it was a great class. good discussions even though he can lecture at times, I got an A, fair amount of reading but definately the best First Year Seminar. He is extremely liberal though.

Grover's a really understanding guy, nice & chill. I took his fly fishing fresh. Sem. which was a great class & I def. recommend taking it! I also took intro to politics which i was very dissapointed with. Grover seemed frusturated, not showing both sides of every issue. The reading were pretty dry, and hi grading was quite difficult.
