I love Professor Jaffe. He is a sweet little old man who truly cares about his students. He is quite lecture heavy and can sound boring and drones on at times but the course work and tests are very easy. All open book with ample time to complete them.

I love Dr. Jaffe!! He gets students interested excited about learning about the HTM industry, specially tourism aspect because he has traveled a lot himself and has good background knowledge. Knows exactly what he is talking about. Wish I could have him for all of my classes
