Dr. T is a great teacher who knows his stuff. You will learn a lot about posture, breath work, and how to "sing for yourself". I gained a lot of confidence after taking his class, and would definitely take it again. Attendance matters and FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.

Good professor. I'd take him again. Wordy emails that could get the point across with much less typing, but he's persnickity about his wants for assignments. So just make up your mind to get used to them, read them & SAVE them . Use the ebook. LOTS of homework and quizzes so it's easy to fall behind. Don't procrastinate. LISTENING IS ESSENTIAL!

Great teacher, highly recommend taking the 6 wk online course. The online ebook access is pretty expensive, which sucks but it is worth it in my opinion. Memorize the study guides he gives you and you will get an A. He's very particular about technology so you must be decent with computer and pay close attention when emailing assignments. TAKE HIM!

Dr. Trabold is a brilliant teacher that offers so much in my experience. The class is very intriguing from his lectures and methods of teaching voice emission. Trabold expects students to work at a college level which includes reading and writing. Dr. Trabold is a wonderful teacher and I highly recommend his class for any aspiring musician!

I took his class during winter session so going to class for 2 hours everyday and listening to him talk about stuff I'm never going to remember was annoying. But, he is a nice teacher, kind of funny, very helpful, very organized and if you do what he says, you will get an A, it's not that hard.

William Trabold is a good guy. He works too hard for this class, and he thinks that he is not recognized for his efforts. Therefore, he is a bit bitter. For me, this class wasn't a good experience. Too much nonsense work and e-mails. He wants the students to take a mandatory Kiersy personality test that I don't think was necessary either!

LOVE HIM. Easy class....11 people in my class got As this semester. Usually only 3 or 4 get As in most difficult classes, and this is for music majors, though I am not one. He's a sweet and funny teacher, and I recommend him to anyone. He's always late so class is usually only 45 minutes or so.

wowo talk about the word EASY. The dude talkes alot, he somehow NEVER gets tired, But the amount of extra credit and web quizes he giives boost yur grade tremendously.Hes sooooo helpfull and giving and has a very kind haert.GREAT TEACHER, but dont think you can take advantage of him, he'll stump you over if you try, but overall best teacher in SMC

He is a little rough around the edges but if you get him one on one, he is really helpful. Definitely not for everyone, but I really do believe he means well. Pay really close attention to the web quizzes and you'll get an A (Make sure you're not completely computer-illiterate before taking his class).
