For those of you who don't know, Professor McWilliams passed away today. He was a wonderful professor and he will be greatly missed. I only wish there were more professors with his genius and passion. It truly is a great loss for the students of Rutgers, and for the world.

This was my first class with him, wish I had taken more. He is the best professor at Rutgers. Very helpful, a great lecturer, and all around great guy. If you see that he is teaching a class take it. My only regret at Rutgers was not taking every class he tought. Again, best professor at Rutgers.

If you ever get a chance to take a course with McWilliams while at RU, DO IT! He is an outright genius in his field & one of the wittiest, kindest profs you'll ever meet. I took every course he ever offered and will graduate wishing he offered more. His insights into political theory are amazing!
